Recent Ride from Breck to Vail
With scenery like this, it's easy to imagine why I'm so happy to be back on my bike.
I parked in Breck and rode through Copper Village to the top of Vail pass and back. I gained around 2K in altitude so it wasn't so much an "out and back" as it was an "up and down". Even though I'm a big tub of goo, I was surprised at how well I rode and how much fitness I've have been able to maintain despite the copious amounts of Scotch and Mexican food I've consumed since being away from the sport.

man, that's gorgeous. I'm almost as green as that grass with envy, but I still get to ride around ho's, pimps and broken crack pipes on my bike. Try competing with that!!
